Following on from the very successful 2006 series of Summer Organ Recitals,  a  further series of 30 minute Friday lunchtime recitals took place over the July and August 2007 period. These recitals organised by Colin Porter, the St Barnabas Director of Music,  were very well attended and raised substantial funds for the  maintenance of the important Willis II organ at St Barnabas. The instrument consists of two manuals and pedal keyboard, 42 stops and over 1500 pipes and is one of the finest organs in Liverpool.
